Tinnitus is a condition of hearing noises that are caused by an inside source. It's not usually a sign of any serious conditions and  improves over time.
Symptoms:

• throbbing
• music or singing

Causes:

It's not always clear what causes is the exact cause of tinnitus, but it's linked with:

• some form of hearing loss
• anxiety
• depression
• thyroid 
• multiple sclerosis
• diabetes
• tinnitus can be a side effect of some chemotherapy medicines, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and aspirin antibiotics
